eASIC Nextreme is fast becoming the preferred path to reducing the cost and power consumption for FPGAs up to 350K Logic Cells/Elements.
The eASIC Nextreme NEW ASIC-in-a-Box Design Kits simplify the design flow and empower engineers who are unfamiliar with ASIC design to now complete designs at a fraction of the cost and time compared to traditional standard cell ASICs.
Designers are able to focus their effort mainly on achieving their desired functionality and timing and not on arduous complex tasks such as power mesh design, signal integrity, test insertion, clock insertion, STA, ATPG, formal verification and LVS/DRC as they do with traditional standard cell ASICs.
NEW ASIC-in-a-Box design kits provide software and documentation for completing and implementing eASIC Nextreme chip designs, and also deliver board design and debug guidelines for designing systems that incorporate eASIC Nextreme devices.

Choose from one of two design kits:
- FRONT-END FLOW Design Kit – Enables designers to deliver a synthesized netlist
- FULL-FLOW Design Kit – Enables designers to deliver a placed-gates netlist. Customers with back-end design tools may also complete timing closure themselves if preferred.
With the NEW ASIC-in-a-Box Design Kits you can now implement your ASIC design in weeks instead of months. Once completed, your prototype devices will be delivered in only 5 weeks providing you fast time to market, and a low risk path to ASIC design.

eASIC eTools
eTools Software is used to map your design to eASIC Nextreme. The suite contains eASIC an IDE to guide you through the flow, and utilities for assigning pins/pads, configuring on-chip PLLs, generating memories and post placement design checks (FULL version)
Magma Blast Create
Depending on the kit that you choose, the Magma tools enables you to perform RTL checks, logic synthesis and post synthesis placement of gates.
